The body of the snail Is made from a medium stiff platinum cure silicone while the shell and helmet are cast in urethane plastic, sanded, polished and either hand painted or buffed to a shine. Please note that the painted snails are reasonably hearty but will be subject to chipping if dropped or mishandled.
